The Story Behind Diamond Family

Based on our innovative product development strategy, we focus on new trends and demands in consumer markets. Before creating the Diamond family, we identified “what women are really looking for” with an in depth interview of 130 participants between the ages of 18-35. Consequently, seven categories have leaded the concept of Diamond:

Feeling Privileged – All participants emphasized the importance of the quality product. A quality product would be preferred to an ordinary product and can replace of the brand they used to have. Participants also stated that the product must be working flawlessly and fulfill the functions as promised. All interviewees emphasized the importance of the product design. The product should match their styles. Furthermore, they indicated that they would like to have aesthetically pleasing products.

Expression – Participants would use a product which is unique, which expresses their personal preferences and is, sophisticated. It should also convey the success of the user.

Value Proposition - Participants would rather consider buying a more expensive product if it has an emotional benefit, higher quality standards, performance and perceived value.

Being “Cool” – They would like to impress others and increase their social status with the product.

Attractiveness – According to the participants, mobile phones just like clothes, accessories, cosmetics and underwear can make the person more attractive. A popular product can lead the feeling of being a member of the same club.

Self-indulgence – The majority of participants indicated that, should they spare free time for themselves after a challenging day, that time makes them feel great. “Self-indulgence” helps them to refresh their spirits.

Adventure- When asked what they understood from adventure, the reply was for the search for new thrills and pursue of new avenues to express the personality. Participants stated that they would like to use products that symbolize their own freedom. They believe that they will attain more freedom by changing to a different brand.

The research also showed that for women shopping is the third favorite activity just after vacation and going out for dinner and women are bounded more emotionally. On the other hand, men consider this action just as a purchase.

We target to achieve a superior consumer experience with our products. So we designed brilliant Diamond models, which have dual SIM technology, special female oriented interface and charming design with Swarovski crystals.
